Haven't done bloods yet - planning on doing so a short while after finishing my fasts.
The primary benefit is fat loss, sure, but I'm also interesting in finishing up healing my skin and seeing if I can squeeze out any remaining viral destruction. I'm fairly certain I gave my immune system enough time to catch up after the first time, since I was getting what appeared to be immune responses from increasing amounts of beta-glucans until they suddenly dropped off, even after persistent, hilarious amounts of them.
I'm also guiding two people here locally through the enhanced fast + diet protocol, one at a time, and will be doing it with them each time. Buddy system works wonders for motivation.

But to be perfectly honest, yeah, mostly I'm impatient to get shredded for the beach, kick any remaining virus bits in their stupid faces, and get back to life and the gains - and this seems like the quickest way to do all of that at once.
