Gene Report Matching
How gene matching works
Supported report types include: IntellxxDNA, FitGene Megabundle Summary and Nordic Genex reports, plus 23andMe and SelfDecode TXT files. Structured CSV, TSV and JSON gene reports are also accepted.
Gene names are standardized using HGNC-approved symbols and aliases. SNP-only results are linked through NCBI dbSNP RefSNP records, retaining only unambiguous, diagram-relevant matches. Raw genotypes must also agree on genome build, strand and position. Gain/loss is shown only when explicitly reported.
