So I was saying before that taking lithium orotate is making my skin tingling (worsening of psoriasis symptoms) but taking it with humic/fulvic acid does not. Probably lithium is distributed somehow different with humic/fulvic acids or is not absorbed at all.

Also gut feels much better with humic/fulvic.

So I am almost starting Protocol. It will start for real when cyto b2 will be received. For now I am taking minerals in small-moderate doses dissolving them in water with riboflavin and sipping through day.
Added lithium  - felt tingling around neck a few hours later. Wont use it for now as same tingling is observed after eating junk food.
Still waiting for my HTMA results.

So I have finished my 3 day egcg fast. Also Forskolin and trans-pterostilbene (form of resveratrol) was used. From minerals: salt, potasium chloride was used. Magnesium bisglicinate was used only in morning of day 1 with warm salt water for cleaning gut. On day 2 added 1 capsule (500mg) berberine.
So this was least enjoyable fast from them all. I have fasted quite a lot and usually I am fasting for 3 days every 2-3 months for several years. This was my second egcg fast - this time with much larger egcg dose (3x caps Life extension per day).

After the fast I am keeping low carb diet.

My psoriasis red spots on skin retracted a lot - this is by far best result from all the fasts I have done before. Also carnivorish diet helps a lot with psoriasis.

On second day I felt discomfort/slight pain in joints I have problem with, inside eyes-forehead. 

Will repeat! Need to schedule fasts so my body starts to adapt for regular fasting.

I want to tell a story which gave me hope.

I measure my health by quality hours of my life for work, learning and family. Usually I am able to work 4-6h per day (I am software engineer - beginner) and that's it - no more energy and willingness to learn or play with my kid. If I feel very good which is pretty rare for me I can do extra 2h of learning something and I am happy to spend my time with family.

So to fix this I am willing to take every supplement I found to be useful. All this happend before I realised I could be infected with something, so my way of fixing my life was through nootropics.

But... I tried and once I went to manic-working state where I felt really happy, was able to work, learn and was happy to play with my child.

So in 2021 October I felt shitty as usual. I was taking all the possible supplements I could and as always it seems that nothing worked until... Actually on my 40 birthday (06.11) I felt somehow different - better. I felt that I have a lot of energy, excellent mood and motivation. I felt that I can do things, crystal clear head, sharp focus. Besides that I was willing to play with my child. We played silly and simple games and we enjoyed our time together for real!

I took usual supplements like omega 3, magnesium, zinc, vit d, b multi etc.
The list of supplements I was taking is:




This stack did nothing for me until I switched to low-carb/keto like diet. I have been before on such diets and I would say I always perform better on lowcarb. But this time something was very different.

I was in that manic-happy-working state for 2 months. When Christmas came I stopped using supplements and relaxed. I thought I have found solution and planned to take similar stack after NY. Some more details about my experience being in this state:
  • I was not triggered by junk food/junk info/porn/gaming at all.
  • I was working like factory champ, by clock, being precise and accurate.
  • I was able to do new and complicated things at work. Most of the times thinking before and drawing diagrams and planing etc.
  • When was smoking "empty" weed (without THC) and got high from it like smoking usual joint. Later I realized that there was 1-3% of thc in that home-grown-cbd cannabis I got from my friend. And that high was not typical thc high.
  • Sometimes I got very very frustrating by solving simple everyday tasks. Mostly because I got angry if someone messed up my "schedule".
  • It was very hard to switch tasks.
  • I also did a lot of meditations and yoga which I do rarely.

So after all the partying I thought I will be replicate this but instead of manic-happy state I got anxiety and depression started to creep on me. No supplements/nootropics worked. There were only few things missing from my previous stack:
HUMINERAL HUMIC/FULVIC ACID MINERAL (replaced with shilajit from Russia)

Thats it... I was depressed for almost half year. Probably got something like flue/covid. Low energy all the time. Only when summer came I started to regain some vitality.

Now ill go through this bornfree protocol and then probably will test some nootropics (if needed).

Does anyone have some ideas why I was not able to replicate my random superstack? :D

I wanted one place where I could drop anything related - organize my thoughts and ask questions.
I found this site about a year ago but at that time I did not understand the idea behind this protocol. At one point I though I have found solution and I am healthy and then boom - my solution doesnt work anymore and I am depressed again, so depressed I have not felt for 3 years and this scared shit out of me.

Male, born in 1981, ~75kg
Usual symptoms - worst case: Depression, anhedonia, low energy all the time. Took 2-3 naps per day. No supplements work, some nootropics work sometimes (like modafinil, prl-853, phenylpiracetam) but the "hangover" usually follows next day worsening situation. Nicotine makes me sleepy. Max quality working hours per day - 2-3.
Frequent urination, mild gut issues, brain fog after food containing gluten, milk protein and probably seeds like sunflower seeds and cacao.

But in last 3 years I was feeling somehow ok - was able to work 4-5 hours per day, no motivation for extra learning or something useful.

In last 3 years I was taking every possible supplement I found useful. I have taken in various combinations almost everything that is in bornfree protocol.

In the end of 2022 I took stack containing a lot of antioxidants, nootropics and usual stuff like minerals and vitamins and I got in to manic working state. I was working/learning at least 8-10 hours per day + rest of the day playing with my child and being responsible parent in every other ways. And I loved it (if not counting some psychotic episodes).

After 2 months being in this state I took a rest from everything (Christmas), but after that I could not get in to same state with reduced stack of supplements. And then I think I got covid or something like that. But when everyone around me was having some kind of symptoms - I had nothing, just sore throat and maybe a little elevated body temp (also oura warned me about that) for week or so - max 37.5C. From the nootropics I got anxiety so I stopped them. Other supplements did not work at all - so I stopped taking them. I got more and more depressed. I was in such state for almost for half a year.

In the beging of summer I started to get my normal lower level of energy and was able to work 4-5h per day, but still no motivation for anything else. Blamed THC, blamed overused supplements etc.

So here I am, studying this protocol as it makes sense for me.

HTMA ordered. Learning about useful blood tests here in Latvia. Recently my throat infection went a little bit worse - now it feels healed, but I am feeling worse in terms of energy again.

Have not done serology tests. I don't have doctor yet who could help me, but searching for one.

At this point I have 2 suspects:
1) My home (flat in old brick/wooden house) has mold. Because of leak from my flat. Now I can see it on walls. Need to move out from there. I have options to live somewhere else time to time tho.
2) I have at least 1 or 2 dead teeth (removed root canals)
