hey people, i'll blog my little journey here

after reading Josh's HASD - CFS/ME | Joshua Leisk | Research Project
i'm inclined to believe we live on a simulation xD

seriously, we are constantly fucked by disruptors, iatrogens or viruses, humanity is a screwed experiment

my story:
--3 years of IBS of the kind that eating any carbs would send me to the bathroom
--about the same time with CFS although undiagnosed but pretty obvious
--head pressure is more phasic
--couple years with pssd after one single dose of antidepressants

what i think triggered the CFS/IBS for me, either:
starting accutane while going off TRT(it was not a problem on TRT
a trip to amazon at about the same time where i ate indigenous plants
EDIT: i was doing "carb-cycling" too w/ 500g+ of simple carbs per day

i follow mrhappy Josh for some time to me he's a gigachad and i trust him with this

so we'll do the zero GDH fasting as described by the paper

tools: egcg, salt, water, SB if needed, (couldn't get resveratrol)

fasting started today at 17h(16h EST)

added pharma magnesium and potassium chloride to the fasting regimen

not sure what's the equivalent in chloride of 500mg mag oxide so i'm just popping pills for now xD

first day of fasting done with a lot of energy thanks to egcg

ok last day of fast

am used to fasting but this knocked me out, not very different feeling from running dnp, I'm even hot

i may have ramped up egcg too fast from 200 to 3000mg but the diarrhea from day 2 on let me depleted too

hunger really isn't a problem
feeling disabled is

so I'll drink a couple tbsp's of apple cider vinegar to increase energy in the mitochondria, if that improves things I'll extend the fast if not will call it a day at 80h mark

good night everyone

feels better since reducing the doses yesterday to 1800mg egcg, 6g KCl, 4g MgCl

and adding ACV

MgCl is around 20% more bioavailable than Mg oxide but this varies from person to person and absorption decreases with higher doses

fast broken @ 90h
4 cereal bars + cup of grape juice for a total of 450kcal
++
2caps of reishi, 2cp of egcg(oh shit that's 400mg), 600mg NAC, 3mg boron

feeling better but still sleepy 😴

last dose of the day for reishi, b complex, multivitamin, NAC, r-ala
stomach is screaming at me so i put the whole beta-glucan part in one meal
oatmeal around 50g(5% bg), oat fiber ~10g, Lion's mane powder ~3-5g, milk ~80g, 1cp of reishi (bad idea 😢), blueberry jelly, 10 almonds

managed to make the first two meals in the recommended diet template, stomach a little better

no immune response or headaches yet(in contrast to strong immune response at the beginning of the month when probed with 1cp reishi + 15g of oat bran)

this seems to be the expected after fasting, i'll report any alterations

Thanks.

lots of dreaming this night, was cool

woke up with heart feeling "lighter" or less tired prolly due to spironolactone

well being seems a little better from the protocol
