As soon as I start Lion's Mane, my productivity decreases. I don't feel bad (at least right now), but I procrastinate all the time. Mood is quite good also, and I'd like to get outside and work in the garden or go biking, so, no fatigue. AFAICT, Lion's Mane is the only difference today.
I observed the same thing last week, where I had a few days of getting virtually nothing done, which improved dramatically when I stopped Lion's Mane.
Does anybody have an idea how I could increase motivation on such days?
