Good stuff! Get through that third day and enjoy some food. Will be one of the best meals you have ever eaten.
Yeah, I have been following the protocol stringently for 2 months. Trust in the process, deal with the initial sickness and than reap the rewards. Highly recommend following through with everything and sticking to it! Has made a big difference in the way I function.
