Hi!
Spironolactone has been demonstrated to be quite amazing for a number of the herpesvirus family and there’s nothing contraindicated with running it in v3.. in fact, there would be advantages in doing so, however it requires a discussion with a friendly doctor to prescribe it.
If someone is slow to see a significant immune response, it would be worth assessing cortisol levels, serum vitamin D status and also talking to your doctor (or private lab) about checking T/B cell counts and NK cells, etc. More advanced labs may offer additional biomarkers, including MIF-1a, TNF-a, etc.
These may also help identify if there is a problem or a co-infection that may be impairing the immune response and might benefit from additional remediation. We’re exploring some of these other pathogens on the discord chat at the moment.
How’s your sleep?
