<\/p>\nThis is an unofficial<\/em> interpretation tool for Theriome’s Aristotle and Aristotle Plus<\/strong><\/a> reports.

Background:<\/strong>\n Theriome have produced some really lovely panels of analytes<\/a> (example Aristotle “classic” report)<\/em> for evaluating metabolic pathway status. However, I feel these amazingly data-rich reports could be better optimised for \ntime-efficient interpretation. They also currently lack some direct measurements of intracellular coenzyme, electrolyte and mineral status –  which can be inferred from patterns in the analytes reported. You can now also visualise this data in the Metabolic Pathway Overlay<\/a> tool.

Current features:<\/strong> 
1)\n Client-side javascript extracts the analytes, values and ranges from Theriome Aristotle report PDFs, or Aristotle Plus CSV files (acquired by manual request to Theriome support), then displays them on-screen with a LOW, \nIN-RANGE LOW, IN-RANGE HIGH, HIGH status, Deviation%, inferred cofactor deficiency scores and data pattern interpretations, and provides a download function as CSV or PDF<\/strong>. 
2) The analyte values are compared to a\n dictionary file, which contains flags relating to cofactors – ie. coenzymes \/ minerals \/ \nelectrolytes required to produce and\/or degrade that analyte or rule. These flags and the analyte’s value deviation% are then pooled and processed, to calculate an inferred functional deficiency% score, which is displayed as a bar graph percentage. The higher the score, \nthe higher the metabolic impact inferred by the indicated cofactor. <\/strong>

\nNotes:<\/strong>
1) A deficiency of one redox currency state, eg. NADP implies an excess of the other state, eg. NADPH.
2) These are early-release dictionaries and rules will be added \/ updated over time.<\/strong>\n
